Job Title: Actimize Developer

Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer with expertise in AIS, RCM, and IFM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of financial services, AML, fraud detection, and trade surveillance. This role involves developing and optimizing Actimize solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Actimize solutions, including AIS (Actimize Intelligent Server), RCM (Risk Case Manager), and IFM (Integrated Fraud Management).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and compliance teams to understand AML, fraud detection, and trade compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement custom rules, models, workflows, and case management solutions in Actimize.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Actimize configurations for improved performance and scalability.
  • Write complex SQL queries and develop stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Integrate Actimize with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and messaging queues.
  • Support Actimize deployments, debugging, and troubleshooting in both production and non-production environments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as AML, KYC, fraud prevention, and trade surveillance.
  • Document technical designs and configurations and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Primary Skills:

  • Expertise in Actimize AIS, RCM, and IFM modules.
  • Strong SQL proficiency (Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL) with experience in writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy scripting for custom Actimize development.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, data mapping, and data transformation.
  • Background in financial services, particularly AML, fraud detection, and trade surveillance.
  • Knowledge of Actimize Reporting (RDT) and Actimize Risk Case Manager (RCM) workflows.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Actimize Developer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise financial systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
