Job Title: Yardi Software Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term
 
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience working with Yardi software applications, with a deep understanding of Yardi Voyager being highly desirable.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in software implementation, configuration, and support is preferred.
Yardi certification(s) or relevant training is a plus.
