Job Description:
2 years' experience with Veeam Backup & Replication Platform
Full understanding of backup methodologies
Ability to manage multiple requests and incidents at once
Organized individual with strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt and pivot as priorities evolve
Strong communication skills with management, engineers, and customers
Experience with Cohesity DataProtect and Cloud Archive Direct
Experience with navigating ServiceNow (managing tickets, Incident management, Change management)
Experience with managing S3 buckets from Cloud Providers (AWS and Wasabi)
Experience working in Agile groups/framework
