Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate across multiple business and digital areas or processes to provide application support.
Implement and test complex code changes to address identified defects or enhance existing software products.
Assist in conducting root cause analysis and interpreting results, contributing to action plans.
Independently manage and resolve software/systems monitoring issues.
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to test application solutions, utilizing test-driven development when possible.
Continuously learn new aspects of given technology and products.
Be available for off-hours and on-call support, participating in weekly rotational on-call duty (approximately 1 week per month).
