About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Architect to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative BSS/OSS solutions that drive business agility, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is acritical role, requiring you to wear multiple hats: visionary leader, technical expert, and trusted Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of complex BSS/OSS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmap.
- Analyze existing BSS/OSS landscape and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and future-proof architectures that meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements.
- Select and implement appropriate technologies and tools, leveraging cutting-edge advancements in the BSS/OSS domain.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, testing, and operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BSS/OSS technologies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Present and defend technical solutions to stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and Buy-in.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in telecom BSS/OSS architecture and design.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex BSS/OSS projects.
- In-depth knowledge of BSS/OSS functional areas, including billing, provisioning, inventory,
- CRM, and network management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Expertise in specific BSS/OSS technologies such as TM Forum Open API (TOFA), SOA,
- Microservices, Cloud platforms, and Big Data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
