Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Tableau Lead | Architect to drive the design, development, and optimization of data integration solutions using Tableau. This role involves leading a team, ensuring best practices in data visualization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases, data integration, and report rationalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using Tableau.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems and applications.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate development estimates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on project goals.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for data integration and visualization.
Primary Skills (Required Qualifications):
- Extensive Tableau experience in a leadership or architect role.
- Strong SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) knowledge.
- Experience in report rationalization, assessment, and analysis of existing reports.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Tableau solutions for enterprise environments.
- Experience in maintenance and enhancement of reporting systems.
- Strong data integration knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Exposure to cloud-based data solutions.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data transformation processes.
