Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Injectable Supervisor with a strong background in aseptic operations and CGMP compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as the SME for equipment, processes, and documentation, ensuring operational excellence while supporting production goals and innovation in manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities:

Operations Excellence:

  • Serve as area SME of equipment, processes, and documentation.

  • Operate, maintain, assemble/disassemble, clean, and set up applicable production equipment.

  • Review, correct, and close out area-specific batch records.

  • Maintain documentation and work areas to GMP standards.

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet production demands.

  • Assess situations and provide accurate recommendations, seeking cross-functional support when necessary.

Innovations:

  • Understand and apply the metric weight system.

  • Adhere to established procedures and specific instructions.

  • Demonstrate strong math, documentation, and organizational skills.

  • Lift up to 40–50 lbs; good manual dexterity required.

  • Transcribe detailed data accurately following CGMP and SOP standards.

  • Work overtime with little or no notice; maintain excellent attendance.

  • Uphold the company's high-quality standards and support departmental goals.

Primary Skills:

  • Expertise in CGMP and aseptic operations

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Leadership and coordination of production group

  • Documentation accuracy and process ownership

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • FDA compliance knowledge

  • Experience with sterile injectable equipment

  • Strong communication and flexibility under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 5–7 years of experience in CGMP/Aseptic Operations
