Must Have:
Seven years in financial services or other organization with heavy use of strategy-based decision-making platforms
A minimum of five years experience using two or more credit decision tools like Provenir, PowerCurve, IBM ODM, Drools, FICO Blaze, Zoot or other comparable decision engines
A minimum of three years of core programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python etc.) to implement integration logic and a strong fundamental understanding of data structures.
Highly proficient in SQL
Exposure to machine learning execution and related analytical tools
Knowledge of cloud deployment processes, and experience working in a mature DevOps environment
Analytical, curious, open-minded, and passionate about exploring and solving problems.
Familiar and comfortable with agile practices like stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members
Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related statistical field
