Job Title: Regional Marketer, Alzheimer's Disease Agitation

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Marketer with a focus on Alzheimer’s Disease Agitation (ADA) to lead marketing and stakeholder engagement across a large geographical territory. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the CNS pharmaceutical market, a proven track record of thought leader engagement, and strategic execution experience in both academic and community-based healthcare settings. This role will require frequent travel and strong collaboration across commercial and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to the CNS and Alzheimer’s Disease Agitation therapeutic area.

  • Manage relationships with key accounts across both academic institutions and community-based HCPs.

  • Lead and coordinate regional initiatives including thought leader development, advisory boards, focus groups, and speaker programs.

  • Collaborate closely with field sales, medical affairs, and brand marketing to ensure unified messaging and consistent market presence.

  • Understand and respond to regional market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs to support product adoption and success.

  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive brand advocacy and product differentiation.

  • Represent the company at regional industry conferences and relevant events.

  • Monitor metrics to evaluate the success of regional marketing programs and adapt strategies as needed.

  • Contribute to launch readiness planning and post-launch optimization initiatives.

Primary Skills:

  • Strategic regional marketing and stakeholder engagement

  • CNS therapeutic area and Alzheimer’s Disease expertise

  • Advisory board and speaker bureau management

  • Cross-functional collaboration (marketing, sales, medical, leadership)

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in the CNS market

  • Minimum 7 years in roles such as brand marketing, regional marketing, commercial leadership, or field sales

  • Demonstrated success in managing large geographic territories and building long-term HCP relationships

  • Strong understanding of Alzheimer’s Disease or other neurodegenerative disease states – strongly preferred

  • Experience in the long-term care (LTC) market including marketing, sales, or account management – strongly preferred

  • Comfortable operating independently with a self-starter mentality and strong business judgment

  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and continuously apply new learnings

  • Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time (air and/or car)

Preferred Experience:

  • Extensive product launch involvement in CNS or neurodegenerative disease markets

  • LTC market engagement experience and stakeholder understanding

  • Expertise in cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder influence

  • Intellectual curiosity with a growth mindset and innovative thinking
