Job Overview/Summary:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will serve as a key scientific resource, responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical investigators, and healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role involves providing scientific exchange, supporting peer-to-peer discussions, and gathering real-world insights to inform internal strategy. The MSL will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant and effective medical communication, education, and research support.
Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and clinical investigators.

Conduct in-person scientific exchange visits and provide complex product information.

Support peer-to-peer engagement to foster disease and product awareness.

Gather insights from the field to inform internal R&D and commercial strategies.

Educate healthcare professionals through medical booth interactions and conference participation.

Deliver live, interactive training sessions for field and sales teams.

Participate in advisory boards, investigator-initiated studies, and post-marketing research.

Provide oversight for HEOR and RWE study development and publication planning.

Review and approve scientific, educational, and promotional materials for accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launch planning and data dissemination.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards.

Travel extensively to attend meetings, conferences, and educational events.
Primary Skills:

Strong scientific and medical expertise in pharmaceutical or life sciences.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison preferred.
