Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Health Systems Manager to develop and advance relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and other strategic organizations within the region. This role requires a strong track record of leadership without authority, excellent influencing skills, and the ability to drive impact in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Health Systems Manager will utilize tools, resources, and data insights to shape strategy, deliver effective solutions, and improve patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with IDNs and strategic organizations within the assigned region.

Effectively leverage company tools and resources to advance patient care initiatives.

Demonstrate leadership and influence without formal authority in cross-functional environments.

Conduct effective presentations of technical information concerning projects, initiatives, or timelines.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Analyze data, information, and insights to define and refine strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Primary Skills:

Proven leadership ability in a matrixed and collaborative environment.

Strong influencing and negotiating skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished executive presence.

Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, and CRM platforms.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, account management, or hospital sales.
Strongly Preferred (for Health Systems Manager):

Experience in CNS and Specialty Pharmacy.

Background in institutional and/or IDN/complex systems.
Qualifications for Senior Health Systems Manager:
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.

At least 3 years in Institutional, IDN/complex health system management, or Regional Sales Management.

Demonstrated national-level leadership experience.

Professionalism, integrity, and ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment.

Ability to operate independently with limited support/guidance.

Ability to travel 50–75% of the time.
