Job Description:
5 years' experience implementing, supporting, and/or configuring EMR/ software
Good understanding of Provider, Pharmacy, and Nursing workflow in EHR.
Maintaining and vendor-managed software, performing maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations.
Communicating software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.
Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations.
Experience engaging with users to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
Existing knowledge of EHR / EMR
