Job Title: Dynatrace Consultant

Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Consultant to join our Engagement Teams, responsible for deploying a set of monitoring tools for prioritized applications, including SaaS and COTS, in preparation for the 1LMX release #1 go-live in January 2026. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS, Python scripting, and observability tools to ensure effective application monitoring and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Dynatrace SaaS monitoring solutions across identified applications.
  • Implement tracing and monitoring solutions for SaaS, COTS, and custom applications.
  • Utilize Python scripting to bridge gaps in monitoring solutions where direct tool deployment is not feasible.
  • Ensure tracing implementation aligns with Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) for system observability.
  • Work with additional observability tools, including DXNetOps, Splunk, and Extrahop.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize monitoring strategies and support 1LMX release #1.
  • Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for deployed monitoring tools.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, findings, and technical solutions.

Primary Skills:

  • Dynatrace SaaS experience.
  • Strong Python scripting skills for observability automation.
  • Knowledge of observability tools: DXNetOps, Splunk, Extrahop.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with AWS Lambda.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Dynatrace monitoring, observability, and performance tracking.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level application monitoring and performance tuning.
