Job Title: DXR Sales Lead – Diagnostic Imaging

Job Overview/Summary:
The DXR Sales Lead for Diagnostic Imaging will drive zone-specific sales strategies to ensure a comprehensive and executable plan to achieve financial objectives and increase market share. The role involves working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Senior Account Executives to support account strategies, utilizing clinical and technical knowledge to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive OIT, revenue, accurate forecasting, and achievement of business-specific sales/AOP goals.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, accounts, competition, and industry trends within the zone.
  • Aggregate competitive pricing trends and collaborate with Field Marketing to address issues and sales tool needs.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Sr. Account Executives to align resources and close deals effectively.
  • Equip the Specialist team with necessary tools for competitive/clinical positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure a strong focus on customer solutions, providing clinical and technical knowledge to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Significant travel required within the designated zone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in DXR/Imaging, with a background in sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the DXR market in North America.
