Extensive experience in Mainframe COBOL development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
In-depth knowledge of the CA-Gen (CoolGen) CASE tool, including experience in application design, development, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of legacy application architectures and principles.
Proficiency in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of COBOL applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in enterprise legacy application maintenance and conversion is highly preferred.
