Job Overview/Summary:

As a CRNA, you will provide essential anesthesia care for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures. This role involves working in a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality patient care throughout the anesthesia process.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia for a diverse case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, and other specialties

  • Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans

  • Provide anesthesia through various techniques, including general, regional (spinals, arterials), and monitored anesthesia care

  • Continuously monitor patient vitals and respond to any intraoperative complications

  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members

  • Assist in patient education and discharge planning

Primary Skills:

  • Proficient in administering general, regional, and anesthesia

  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with a wide range of surgical procedures

  • Experience in a high-volume or trauma setting

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • Must have a valid state license (or the ability to obtain one)

  • A positive and easy-going attitude is essential
