Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Technologist experienced in both Cardiac Catheterization and Vascular Interventional Radiology. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, Electrophysiologists, and Neuro Interventional Radiologists to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular and neurovascular procedures

  • Perform scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating duties during procedures

  • Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment including X-ray, fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound systems

  • Ensure adherence to sterile techniques, radiation protection, and patient safety protocols

  • Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records

Primary Skills:

  • Expertise in Cath Lab and Vascular Interventional Radiology procedures

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiologic positioning, exposure, and radiation safety principles

  • Proficient in use of imaging systems and monitoring equipment

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Prior experience in Neuro or Electrophysiology Lab settings

  • Familiarity with advanced interventional techniques and equipment troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiography program

  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist

  • Ohio Radiologic License (ODH) required

  • Current BLS and ACLS certification

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Cath Lab or Vascular IR experience
