Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience on the Advantest 93k platform.
Understanding of wafer sort techniques and KGD.
Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player
Strong Java, C/C++ programming skills
Understanding of quality metrics in test methods and data analysis tools like CP, CPK.
Proven project management skills
Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
Pre-Sales skills, team lead experience
Understanding of trimming, MBIST, Logic BIST, Scan techniques.
