Job Overview/Summary

Pulivarthi Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Matcher to join our dynamic team. The Technical Matcher will be responsible for evaluating the technical skills and qualifications of candidates to ensure they align with client requirements. This role involves working closely with both clients and candidates to facilitate successful matches and placements.


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and job specifications.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assessments to determine candidate proficiency in relevant technologies.
  • Match candidates to appropriate job openings and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates and manage ongoing communication with them.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to better serve clients and candidates.
  • Support the recruitment team in developing effective strategies for talent acquisition.

Primary Skills

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and required skills in various IT domains (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, data analysis).
  • Proficiency in conducting technical assessments and interviews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate resumes and identify key technical competencies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Experience in a staffing agency or technical recruiting environment.
  • Understanding of visa and work authorization requirements for different regions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
