Job Overview/Summary

Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and establish relationships with influencers and industry partners to enhance our social media presence.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

Primary Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

  • Graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Qualifications
