Job Title: Voice Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Telecommunications Specialist
Proficient in Cisco Voice Over Internet (VoIP)
Familiar with various VoIP systems
Knowledge in IP Telephony and Telephony Systems
Experience in Network Operation Center operations
Skilled in Basic Troubleshooting
Familiarity with ISDN and SIP technologies
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively
Superior customer service skills are a must
Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to customers and team members
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a strong work ethic and be committed to achieving team goals
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Must be able to adapt to changing situations and requirements
Must be able to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
