Job Summary: Oz Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join our team in Lincoln Park and Rogers Park, Chicago. You will be part of a compassionate, dynamic, and progressive team with a mission to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients and clients.
Responsibilities:
Delivering comprehensive medical care to our patients
Tailoring medical recommendations, educating pet owners, and delivering all the recommended treatments
Utilizing in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, ultrasound, and various other advanced medical technologies
Participating in our excellent mentorship program using a team approach
Managing cases efficiently, with support from local 24-hour hospitals for after-hours cases

Strong diagnostic skills
Proficient in using medical technologies such as digital radiology and ultrasound
Excellent communication and educational skills for interacting with pet owners

Secondary Skills:
Experience with laser therapy, stem cell therapy, and platelet-rich plasma therapy

Qualifications:
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Illinois
Experience in a veterinary clinic setting

Benefits:
Excellent starting salary from $130,000 to $160,000 per year, plus a monthly production bonus (total compensation $150,000-$200,000+ per year)
$15,000 sign-on bonus
$2,500+ relocation expense allowance
