Job Description

Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site)
Duration: Long-term
 
Responsibilities:
Interface with key stakeholders throughout various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design.
Manage project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Utilize technical proficiency to guide project teams and address technical challenges.
Implement Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to drive project execution.
Engage with customers, track efforts, provide status reports, and facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders.
Drive improvements and efficiencies by leveraging software development life cycle (SDLC) and engineering knowledge.
 
Required Qualifications:
Must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA, or willing to relocate.
BS/B. Tech in Computer Science or related degree.
8-10 years of experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum and Agile Methodologies.
Cloud engineering experience or awareness.
Experience or awareness in Mobile (iOS and Android) and Web technologies.
4-5 years of Testing experience.
Customer Engagement experience, including effort tracking, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
Ability to collaborate and articulate effectively with various stakeholders, including regulatory, commercial, and C Suite.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Medical Device Industry.
4-6 years of experience in collecting client requirements and translating them into project requirements.
Desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Experience driving improvements and efficiencies in the software development life cycle and engineering processes.
