Job Overview/Summary:

A physician-led, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Surgery Center Administrator to oversee the daily operations of its 4-operating room facility. This accredited center offers cutting-edge surgical services in specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Ophthalmology, GYN, Plastics, and more. This is a full-time, on-site executive leadership role with relocation support available.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all aspects of facility operations, budgeting, and staffing

  • Act as liaison between medical staff, governing board, and departments

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

  • Oversee business functions including purchasing, contracts, and financial performance

  • Lead initiatives in quality improvement, risk management, and infection control

  • Guide clinical departments to ensure safe, efficient patient care

  • Manage credentialing, HR, staff development, and team performance

  • Implement strategic planning and marketing initiatives

Primary Skills:

  • Facility operations and compliance management

  • Clinical and business leadership in outpatient surgical settings

  • Budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning

  • Credentialing and regulatory knowledge

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Marketing strategy execution

  • Risk management and quality assurance

  • Strong interpersonal and change management abilities

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

  • Demonstrated success in managing clinical and business operations
