Job Overview/Summary:
The SuccessFactors Technical Analyst will lead business engagement, technical solution design, and implementation for the Talent Development suite. This role requires deep technical and project management skills, along with hands-on configuration knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors. The incumbent will collaborate closely with various business partners, including Corporate HR, shared services, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants, and IT colleagues to address, implement, and support project initiatives spanning different businesses across geographies.

Responsibilities:
Drive the technologies that enable career and talent development, succession planning, and Employee Central in SAP SuccessFactors, along with Time & Attendance.
Lead the development and implementation of HR technology objectives in areas such as SuccessFactors Learning and SuccessFactors Succession Planning Tools in a high-growth environment.
Perform hands-on configuration in SuccessFactors for People Development (Succession, Performance, Development Modules), Learning (LMS Module), and/or Employee Central.
Complete the implementation and support of HR systems to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity.
Conduct Security and Architecture reviews, working with HR Global Learning, Cybergrx system and representatives, HR Vendors, GIT Security team, and GIT Architecture team to facilitate reviews for new and existing vendors.
Lead project management with offshore development centers and software vendors to develop and implement systems in core areas such as People Development, Performance and Goals Management, and Employee Data Management projects.
