Job Title: Strategic Procurement Manager 
Location: Warren, NJ 
Work type: Hybrid 3 days a week in Office
 
 Job Summary:As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will partner closely with business unit leaders and technology teams to enhance client strategies through innovative procurement solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing complex vendor relationships and contract negotiations to support the company’s technology infrastructure and service delivery. 
 
 Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Partnership and Sourcing: • Collaborate with business unit leaders to integrate procurement strategy with business objectives. • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on purchasing opportunities. • Facilitate the end-to-end sourcing process, from vendor selection to awarding of contracts. • Contract Management: • Develop and negotiate new vendor contracts and renegotiate existing agreements to optimize cost savings and manage risk. • Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and managing amendments and change orders in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders. • Relationship and Stakeholder Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology leaders and key business partners. • Act as a critical liaison to support the implementation of business strategies through advanced procurement initiatives. • Reporting and Analysis: • Assist in various reporting tasks for internal and external stakeholders. • Develop and implement KPI tracking mechanisms to systematically assess vendor performance and health. • Leadership and Strategic Influence: • Use knowledge of market trends to develop long-term sourcing strategies. • Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to influence others to adopt new approaches. • Navigate and manage change, complexity, and ambiguity while driving results. 
 
 Qualifications: • Proven experience in procurement management and strategic sourcing within technology sectors. • Strong understanding of RFx processes and contract management. • Excellent organizational knowledge and executive presence. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interests and complex project timelines.
