Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Developer with hands-on experience in customization, billing, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytically strong, and able to work across policy and billing domains to ensure data integrity and streamlined delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize Duck Creek Billing solutions and troubleshoot application/data issues

  • Collaborate between policy and billing teams ensuring data transaction integrity

  • Interface with users and QA/Dev teams to deliver high-quality software packages

  • Interpret and present technical information to a broad range of stakeholders

  • Author reports, business correspondence, and technical manuals

  • Analyze complex data and resolve diverse scope issues effectively

  • Manage project/product requirements and contribute to continuous improvement

Primary Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Duck Creek Billing and customization

  • Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and data fixes

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams

  • Analytical skills for interpreting technical instructions and problem solving

  • Experience in software delivery lifecycle and stakeholder coordination

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with Duck Creek Policy and its integration with Billing

  • Experience with general business periodicals and compliance guidelines

  • Project or Product Management background

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Duck Creek Developer

  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
