We are seeking an experienced Sr. Blue Yonder WMS Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for supporting BY WMS sites, functioning as a liaison between the business community and technical teams. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into system specifications and provide technical leadership and support for the development of application code.

Responsibilities:
Design application components based on requirement specifications.
Support analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS.
Assist offshore support teams with escalated or critical incident resolution.
Participate in requirements discussions with business teams and suggest optimal and efficient technology solutions.
Develop application components as per design specifications.
Apply industry-defined programming standards for development.
Develop high-quality components using test-driven development.
Document and execute testing to ensure defect-free deliverables.
Perform code reviews and guide developers on best practices.
Manage version control and release management processes.
Handle individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Provide L2/L3 support for Blue Yonder WMS applications.

5-7 years of development experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
Experience with Blue Yonder WMS versions 2019 and 2020+.
Expertise in BY Integrator with other applications.
Integration experience with external vendors and MHE Systems.
Proficient in Jasper Reporting, Label Designer, Page Builder, MOCA Components, and MTF.
Coordination and administration of Salesforce cases with Blue Yonder Customer Support.
Strong problem-solving skills and design principles understanding.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience with relational databases and PL/SQL.
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux platforms.
5-7 years of development experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
Experience with Blue Yonder WMS versions 2019 and 2020+.
