Job Description

Infosys is seeking a candidate with a strong background in C++, Java, and Python and have experience in
developing software tool for testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in
designing, developing, and maintaining testing tools and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
 Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Arden Hills, MN or be willing to relocate to
the area.
 BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related
field.
 At least 5 years of experience in developing software tools for testing with C++, Java and Python.
 Strong understanding of testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools
 Proficient in multiple programming languages, including C++, Java, and Python
 Experience with testing automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Strong collaboration and communication skills
 Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Design, develop, and maintain testing tools and frameworks using C++, Java, and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and create solutions.
• Develop automated testing scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with testing tools and frameworks.
• Optimize testing tools for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
Preferred Qualifications
 3+ years’ experience in software or electrical hardware engineering
 2+ years’ experience in system development lifecycle process including formalized processes and
procedures.
 Familiarity with requirements management/PLM tools
 Experience in product concept development, customer interaction, verification of engineering
requirements, and validation of customer needs/design requirements.
 Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
 Ability to build relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
 Practical knowledge of project management concepts and exposure to Agile methodologies
