Job Title: Smartsheet Administrator
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain worksheets, reports, and dashboards for project management, scheduling, and communication (e.g., master site list, T-Minus schedule, dashboard).
Quickly create Smartsheet artifacts that meet the needs of various stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and including mandatory items for consistent project reporting.
Work within a team to identify, capture, and report key project information at the start of the project.
Create ad hoc reports and modify existing data sources to meet team needs during the project.
Understand how project artifacts are used (e.g., schedule, T-Minus, RAID log, project plan, status report/dashboard).
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
Experience with Smartsheet, including:
Licensed user
Proper user permissions to workspace and worksheets
Reports and dashboards (especially charts and graphs)
Formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX & Match, COUNTIFS, IFERROR) and cell linking
Conditional formatting
Sorting and filtering
Workflows, forms, and automated alerts
Sharing and publishing
 
Primary Skills:
Proficiency in Smartsheet, including user permissions, reports, dashboards, formulas, conditional formatting, sorting and filtering, workflows, forms, automated alerts, and sharing/publishing.
Experience in building and maintaining project management artifacts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable with data analysis and user analytics tools.
 
Secondary Skills:
Experience in project management or coordination.
