Job Summary:
In this role, the SASE/Zscaler Engineer will be instrumental in deploying, managing, and optimizing Zscaler's suite of security solutions to fortify our enterprise clients' defenses. This position requires a strong foundation in network security principles and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining communication and upholding collaborative team dynamics.

Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for enterprise clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to Zscaler services.
Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructure.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zscaler products and services to recommend upgrades and enhancements.
Provide training and support to IT teams and end-users for best practices on Zscaler platforms.
Develop documentation on configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and operational guidelines.
Participate in emergency response teams to handle security incidents and provide post-mortem analysis.

Proven experience as a Zscaler Engineer or in a similar role within cloud security.
