Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets related to SAP finished goods, raw materials, and BOMs (Bill of Materials). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
 
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong proficiency in SAP finished good, raw material management, and BOMs.
Identify, correct, and remove errors, inconsistencies, gaps, and redundancies from large datasets.
Reconcile and harmonize disparate sets of related data for integration into a single system.
Support systems integration and cutover processes.
Follow data governance programs to maintain data consistency and integrity.
Manage large data sets while maintaining proper version control.
Compare and analyze data meticulously for long periods.
Drive projects to completion with a results-oriented approach.
Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
 
Primary Skills:
Proficiency in SAP finished good and raw material management.
Experience in managing and analyzing BOMs.
Strong data reconciliation and harmonization skills.
Ability to manage large datasets with attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with systems integration and cutover processes.
Understanding of data governance programs.
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in identifying, correcting, and removing data errors and inconsistencies.
Proven ability to manage large datasets with proper version control.
Experience in reconciling and integrating disparate data sets.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work on data comparison for extended periods.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to bring projects to completion.
