Job Overview/Summary:
RN – Emergency positions in Torrance, CA. We are looking for RNs to join our Night shift in full-time roles that will work 12-hour shifts.
Join our team and work in a fast-paced Emergency department with our experienced clinicians.
Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency nursing care

Triage, assess, and treat patients in the Emergency Department

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures

Provide support and education to patients and families

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Primary Skills:

Emergency Room Nursing
-
Critical Thinking and Rapid Decision-Making

Patient Assessment and Triage

Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

National Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN or equivalent)

Experience with trauma or high-acuity patients
Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

California Registered Nurse License upon hire

BLS certification (AHA) upon hire

ACLS certification (AHA) upon hire

PALS certification (AHA) upon hire

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
