Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QNXT Configuration Analyst for a 12+ month remote position. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in QNXT configuration and front and back-end knowledge of QNXT, with a strong preference for experience with Florida Medicaid processes.

Responsibilities:
Implement and support quality initiatives within assigned areas, specifically to support the implementation of Commercial LOBs into QNXT.
Serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing, and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices.
Elicit requirements, document requirements, and drive projects for the business areas as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Ensure operational knowledge within areas such as Claims/Encounters, Provider/Network, Clinical, Customer Service, Digital, Enrollment, Finance, Sales & Benefits, or Data Migration.
Participate in project implementations, requirements gathering and documentation, testing, and operations functions.
Utilize strong communication skills and work ethic to facilitate project success.

Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience.
