Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborating with a team of experts in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PLC programs, maintaining existing systems, and providing technical support for our automation processes.
 
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement PLC programs to meet project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing PLC systems.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop automation systems and solutions.
Provide technical support for automation processes and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for PLC programs.
Train and mentor junior staff in PLC programming and system operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PLC programming technologies and industry trends.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Participate in the testing and commissioning of PLC systems.
Ensure all PLC programs and systems adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in PLC programming.
Proficient with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), CAD, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of automation systems and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
