Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care

Deliver personalized physical therapy services focused on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions using Architech’s 5 Pillars methodology: flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, nutrition, and movement.

Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize patient outcomes.

Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic, integrated care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
Clinical Expertise

Manage individual clinical schedules effectively, ensuring excellent patient retention and clinic flow.

Stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques by attending continuing education courses and participating in mentorship programs.

Accurately and efficiently complete clinical documentation in compliance with Architech standards.
Team Collaboration & Growth

Foster a positive, growth mindset within the clinic, remaining open to new processes and methodologies.

Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

Participate in mentorship opportunities, both as a learner and a peer mentor, to contribute to a culture of professional development.
Primary Skills:

Strong manual therapy techniques

Patient-focused care planning

Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Familiarity with sports performance training

Experience with EMR systems

Leadership or mentorship experience
Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification
