Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapeutic care to individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders. This role is integral to our mission of delivering comprehensive mental health services and requires a professional with a deep understanding of psychological assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to perform a wide range of essential functions with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to patient safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans.

Facilitate individual, group, or family sessions as appropriate to the treatment plan.

Develop and revise treatment plans based on assessments and patient progress.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and professional standards.

Manage an assigned caseload.

Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.

Provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings as needed.

Support case management, discharge planning, or aftercare planning if applicable.

Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude; prioritize patient safety and resolution of concerns.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a Human Services field (required)
