Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OLFM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM). The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of OLFM, hands-on experience with Oracle R12 implementations, and the ability to analyze leasing business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze leasing business requirements and design solutions in Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM).
- Implement OLFM modules, including Contract Authoring, Termination, Rebook, Investor Agreement, Billing, and Accounting processes.
- Perform debugging, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and customize technical components such as SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Forms, Reports (RDF, XML), and workflows.
- Work on RICE components, interface development, form personalization, and integrations.
- Provide production support and ensure smooth functioning of OLFM modules.
- Manage customer status reporting and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Primary Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle applications, with 5+ years specifically in OLFM implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of OLFM modules, including leasing contract lifecycle processes.
- Technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Forms, Reports (RDF, XML), workflows, and RICE components.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle Oracle R12 implementations and production support.
- Strong debugging, issue resolution, and root cause analysis skills.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in integrating OLFM with other Oracle modules.
- Familiarity with cloud migration strategies for Oracle applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Oracle certifications in OLFM or related modules are a plus.
