Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics / Salsify PXM Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our Salsify PXM platform and Microsoft Dynamics environment. This role involves configuring and administering Salsify, integrating it with external systems like Aprimo, and managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM data. The ideal candidate will also drive business systems analysis, quality assurance, training, and AI-driven process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Salsify PXM Administration: Configure and manage products, catalogs, and syndication channels. Handle day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues in the syndication lifecycle, and ensure seamless integration with external systems like Aprimo.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Management: Manage contacts, companies, organizations, orders, and entitlements within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Business Systems Analysis: Gather and document detailed functional requirements from business users, define personas, write user stories, identify use cases, and develop functional specifications following industry best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Define expected results to guide QA test cases and test data for robust system validation.
- Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to enable business users to effectively utilize the solutions delivered.
- AI Integration & Strategy: Apply AI fundamentals to enhance business operations, aligning AI capabilities with user goals and functional requirements.
Primary Skills:
- Salsify PXM Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Salsify, including product/catalog management and syndication.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Strong experience managing contacts, organizations, orders, and entitlements within Dynamics.
- Business Analysis & Functional Documentation: Ability to drive requirement-gathering processes, create user stories, and develop comprehensive functional specifications.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Experience in defining QA requirements, writing test cases, and validating expected results.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Ability to create training materials and conduct sessions for business users.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- AI & Machine Learning Understanding: Familiarity with AI-driven business improvements.
- Digital Asset Management (Aprimo): Experience integrating Salsify with Aprimo or other DAM platforms.
- Enterprise Systems Integration: Knowledge of integrating Salsify and Microsoft Dynamics with third-party platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing Salsify PXM.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
