Job Overview/Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MasterControl Specialist with expertise in the MasterControl Cloud version 2024.4. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing forms in AQEM, along with proficiency in the MX Module and Document Module. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing MasterControl to support compliance and document management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage MasterControl Cloud version 2024.4 to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement forms in AQEM to support quality and compliance workflows.
  • Work with the MX Module for managing manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Manage the Document Module for document control, versioning, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business users to enhance MasterControl functionalities.
  • Ensure system compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on MasterControl features and best practices.

Primary Skills:

  • MasterControl Cloud version 2024.4 experience.
  • Proven expertise in developing forms in AQEM.
  • Hands-on experience with the MX Module and Document Module.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with MasterControl integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (FDA, ISO, GMP).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience working with MasterControl in an enterprise environment.
