Must possess hands-on Icertis development experience with contract migration. We are looking for Sr. Developers/Tech Lead candidates.

Job Description:
Over 10,000 active agreements will be required to be migrated into the new CLM tool using Icertis.
As part of the migration process, consultant will be training the AI to select key language from their contracts (Icertis AI products – Discover AI, Negotiate AI).
Consultant will be responsible to review and validate the AI output.
Once AI has been proved out, consultant will prepare batch uploads (key components from the contracts) that will be tested in QA then moved over to production.
Other administrative type tasks will be required as well.
