Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking highly qualified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for rewarding community medicine opportunities in our outpatient practices. This is a full-time, employed role in a physician-led organization with minimal phone-only call coverage, shared with other practices within the health system.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Manage chronic and acute medical conditions

Engage in preventative care and health education

Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
Primary Skills:

Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in community-based or outpatient settings

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Bilingual proficiency
Qualifications:

MD or DO degree

Active or eligible for medical licensure in the respective state

Completion of an accredited residency program
