Job Description:
Healthcare Interoperability experience
Implementation knowledge and experience in Epic Payer Platform
Implementing, configuring, and maintaining Epic's Payer Platform modules to support our Payor workflows
Configure and customize Epic Payer Platform modules to meet the organization's specific requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to the Payer Platform.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Payer Platform issues, working closely with end-users and IT support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to support end-users and promote adoption of Payer Platform best practices.
Knowledge of health data exchanges standards (such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, API, EDI, etc.), clinical data terminologies (such as SNOMED, CPT, LOINC, etc.)
Experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining interfaces/health data exchange solutions to meet business requirements, including the creation of templates, workflows, and rules.
Knowledge of healthcare Payer domain and workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (Prior Authorizations, Claims, Clinical Data exchange, etc..)
