Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals in the field of acupuncture and oriental medicine—specifically DACM, DSOM, or LAc practitioners—to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in integrative care and precision medicine, with the ability to deliver personalized treatment plans to diverse patient populations in both clinical and mobile care settings.
We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals in the field of acupuncture and oriental medicine—specifically DACM, DSOM, or LAc practitioners—to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in integrative care and precision medicine, with the ability to deliver personalized treatment plans to diverse patient populations in both clinical and mobile care settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide acupuncture and integrative wellness treatments tailored to individual patient needs
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulate personalized care strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Offer care both in traditional clinical settings and at patient locations as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress
Foster a compassionate and professional care environment
Primary Skills:
Doctoral or professional-level expertise in acupuncture and Chinese medicine
Precision medicine and integrative care approaches
Strong diagnostic and patient assessment abilities
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
Experience working with mobile or home visit care models
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
Basic understanding of Western medical terminology for interdisciplinary communication
Qualifications:
Experience in DACM (Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine), DSOM (Doctor of Science in Oriental Medicine), or LAc (Licensed Acupuncturist)
Proficiency in integrative care and precision medicine approaches
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to develop personalized wellness strategies
Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
Experience in providing care both in-person and on-site at patient locations
Capability to work independently and manage patient schedules efficiently
Professionalism and the ability to maintain high standards of patient care
