Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Project Manager to support the successful implementation and integration of enterprise systems, particularly focusing on Teamcenter. This role combines business systems analysis with technical program management to plan and manage cutover activities and ensure seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in using tools such as JIRA and MS Project to track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate cutover activities related to enterprise systems implementation

Analyze business processes and system requirements to ensure successful integration and configuration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external vendors

Manage technical project schedules, risks, and issues using MS Project and JIRA

Support Teamcenter implementation and ensure alignment with business needs

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain clear communication across all levels

Ensure all documentation, processes, and transitions adhere to company standards and best practices
Primary Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Technical Project Manager

Hands-on experience with Teamcenter implementation

Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project for project tracking and task management

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in large-scale enterprise system cutovers

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Background in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain industries
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in systems analysis and/or technical project management

Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise system implementations

Teamcenter experience is required
