Job Overview/Summary:
Our network of high-quality animal care facilities in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Board Certified DVM to practice surgery. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of animal care, and contributing to our collaborative environment. This role offers the flexibility of straight salary or salary plus production compensation models.
 
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of surgical procedures with precision and care.
Maintain high standards of veterinary care and ensure the well-being of all surgical patients.
Collaborate with veterinary professionals across our network of hospitals.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding surgical procedures, outcomes, and postoperative care.
Participate in a rotational weekend schedule as needed.
 
Primary Skills:
Expertise in veterinary surgical procedures.
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
 
Qualifications:
Board Certified DVM.
Active state veterinary license.
All experience levels considered.
Ability to work a rotational weekend schedule is preferred.
